With Republicans back in control of the House, they are targeting energy measures in proposed legislation, including releases from the nation’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
While some in congress contend President Biden used releases from the Reserve for political purposes in 2022, they want to make sure he isn’t allowed to do it again.
