Keystone pipeline cleanup created small town in Kansas

The 14,000 barrel spill of crude oil from the Keystone Pipeline near Washington, Kansas boosted the population from 1,000 to nearly 1,400.

Reuters reported nearly 400 workers were brought in to continue with the massive cleanup of the oil that was meant to be transported to the Cushing Hub in northern Oklahoma.
