Over the course of its history, the Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City house fighter jets and C-130s but it will soon be home to yet another mission—a special operations training hub for armed overwatch planes.
Military Times reported the Guard Base was tentatively picked to replace 13 MC 12s currently based in Oklahoma City.
They will be replaced but what are marketed at Sky Wardens….28 of them.
