$600 million in notes to be redeemed by Halliburton

Halliburton announced it is attempting to redeem nearly $600,000,000 in outstanding senior notes.

The company called for redemption of the entire outstanding principal amount of its 3.50% senior notes due in 2023. The redemption date is September 25, 2022 and the total of notes currently outstanding is $600,061,000.

Halliburton plans to use cash on hand to fund the redemption of the notes. A notice of redemption has been sent to all currently registered holders of the Notes by the Trustee, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A.
