Dividend declared by ONE Gas

A quarterly dividend of 62 cents was declared this week by the board of directors at ONE Gas, Inc.

The dividend will be payable Sept. 1, 2022 to those shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 15, 2022.

The dividend is no surprise as the company had previously said it expected the quarterly dividend to be 62 cents a share this year. That’s $2.48 per share on an annualized basis.

ONE Gas leadership said it anticipates annual dividend growth through 2026 of 6% to 8% with a target dividend payout ratio of 55% to 65% of net income.
