Electric vehicle maker Canoo now says its plant in Pryor in northeast Oklahoma won’t be completed until 2024 while the manufacturer deals with money issues.
Canoo announced earlier in the year it intended to build the manufacturing plant in Oklahoma and also move its headquarters to Bentonville in Northwest Arkansas.
