Nearly three years after a Texas oil company employee and his wife died from a gas leak inside a company-owned facility, the Department of Justice has charged the company in connection with the deaths.
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported Odessa-based Aghorn Operating Inc. was indicted by a federal grand jury over the 2019 incident.
