A company planning to build a $4.5 billion carbon capture pipeline across Iowa is fighting a state agency to prevent disclosure of the 15,000 landowners in the path of the line.
Summit Carbon Solutions is asking the Iowa Utilities Board to reverse its order according to the Des Moines Register.
