Oil and gas firms continue their exploration in Oklahoma

Oil and gas firms are planning more drilling in Oklahoma’s STACK as well as the southern and eastern parts of the state.

Drilling permits were issued this week to Black Mesa Energy LLC which will drill the JEWELL 13-12-1S-3W #SXH1, which is northeast of Ratliff City in Carter County. The legal description is 13 1S 3W.

Calyx Energy III LLC received permits for 3 wells to be drilled on a single pad in Hughes County. The ARIEL #1-20-17WH, 
ARIEL #2-20-17WH and ARIEL #3-20-17WH will be drilled at 29 8N 12E which is a site southeast of Wetumka.

Tapstone  Energy LLC has a permit to drill the LUBER 21-18-7 #3HC, located at 21 18N 7W or 3 miles northwest of Dover in Kingfisher County.

Charter Oak Production Co LLC received a permit for the CITY OF PERRY #1-6Hlocated at 31 21N 1W which is southwest of the city of Perry and west of Lake Perry.

Four Stephens County wells will be drilled on one pad by Continental Resources Inc.

The  VANARKEL #8-15-10XHS and VANARKEL #9-15-10XHS wells will be drilled at 15 2N 4W south of Purdy along state highway 76. The two other wells at the same site will be the HONEYCUTT #11-15-22XHS and HONEYCUTT #12-15-22XHS.
