Any state that might attempt to block exports of coal from Wyoming could end up being sued by the Cowboy state.
Republican Gov. Mark Gordon signed a bill into law last month creating a fund to prop up the coal industry in Wyoming and also sue states that block exports of the state’s coal and cause Wyoming coal-fired power plants to shut down.
