EPA to determine next steps after inaccessible contaminated soil found near tanker spill

 

The EPA now says it found some contaminated soil that is inaccessible at the site of a gasoline tanker crash outside the city of Lyons, Colorado.

To dig up the contaminated soil would mean rebuilding of highway U.S. 36 where the semi tanker carrying 8,500 gallons of gasoline crashed last week.
