A mineral royalties fight has gone to court in northern Colorado where three Weld County landowners have filed suit saying they were underpaid for more than seven years.
The Daily Camera in Boulder reported the lawsuit was brought in federal court against Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP and Noble Energy Inc.
