More credit cards accepted by Oklahoma regulators

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission announced it has started accepting more credit cards under its processing system.

Beginning July 30, the OCC’s IFTA and IRP system started accepting VISA and American Express credit card payments for IRP, IFTA, Trip, Fuel and Unladen permit bills. It previously had accepted MasterCard and Discover card payments.

The new credit card processing system will not accept credit card payments in excess of $99,999.99. Payments over that amount must be paid by other means. There will continue to be a nonrefundable 3% convenience fee applied to all credit card transactions.
