Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners will hold a special meeting Thursday morning, considering a daily signing agenda docket and a 24-hour signing agenda.
There could be some possible votes on some of the proposed orders in the cases. Among them are requests for Fuel Adjustment Clauses by Greenlight Gas, LLC, West Texas Gas Utility, LLC and First Natural Gas for the calendar year 2024. The same firms also want a prudence review of their fuel procurement processes and costs.
OG&E made the same request for a public hearing to be held regarding its Fuel Adjustment Clause for the calendar year 2024. The utility has another request before the commission, PUD2025-000022, for authority to issue up to $1,500,000,000 of unsecured long-term debt securities.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m.
