Ethics questions are raised about a southeast Oklahoma solar project and a state legislator

Rep. Justin "JJ" Humphrey, R-Lane, records a video in his office explaining why he's against a hydroelectric story facility proposed in his district. He posted the video on Facebook on April 22. "I'm determined to ensure our utilities aren't controlled by foreign entities or governments," Humphrey writes in the post.

Questions are being raised about the ethics of State Rep. Justin Humphrey and his profiting from a proposed huge solar farm in southeast Oklahoma.

The 5,000-acre solar project is proposed by Orested, a Denmark company.
