An attorney for a Weatherford-based erosion control company indicted by an Oklahoma City federal grand jury on price-fixing charges maintains the firm has done nothing wrong and will defend itself in court.
Sioux Erosion Control Inc., its Vice President BG Dale Biscoe and company estimator Randall David Shelton were named in the indictments, accusing them of a price-fixing conspiracy that focused on more than $100 million in publicly funded transportation contracts.
The Oklahoman reported the indictments alleged they conspired with competitors to raise and maintain prices from 2017 through last year.
