Since President Biden took office about three and one-half years ago, his administration has created 225 laws, regulations and decisions targeting oil and gas and coal…actions making it more expensive and more difficult for production.
Just the News reported this week the list was confirmed by the free-market energy research group, The Institute for Energy Resources.
The Institute found that since March when there were 200 such new laws and regulations targeting the fossil fuel industry, the number has grown by another 25.
