ONE Gas is planning a release of its second quarter 2024 financial results on Monday, August 5.
The material will be made available after the close of markets. The next day, Tuesday, Aug. 6, the company executive management team will hold a conference call at 10 a.m. central time.
The call also will be carried live on the ONE Gas website.
The company had first quarter net income of $99.3 million or $1.75 per diluted share, down from $102.6 milion and $1.84 a share in the first quarter of 2023.
Its operating income totaled $145.9 million or about $700,000 more than a year earlier. The company explained it had $8.5 million of increased employee costs and a $3.7 million drop in revenue due to lower sales volumes.
At the same time, ONE Gas also saw an increase of $11.2 million in revenue from new rates.
