Energy Transfer’s 2Q earnings report to be released in early August


The second quarter earnings report from Energy Transfer will be released in early August.

Energy Transfer, a Texas company that three years ago acquired Oklahoma City-based Enable Midstream, plans to release the report on Wednesday, August 7 after the market closes. It will also hold a conference call featuring executives the same day at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.

In May, Energy Transfer unveiled first quarter earnings which included $1.24 billion in net income and $0.32 per share. Its adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $3.88 billion, beating the $3.43 billion a year earlier.

Energy Transfer, based in Dallas, Texas owns and operates one of the largest and most diversified portfolios of energy assets in the country including more than 125,000 miles of pipeline and energy infrastructure. Its network spans 44 states.
