A new report from the World Bank claims flaring in the world’s oil fields hit the highest level in 2019 and the major culprit wasn’t just the U.S.
The report stated that nine countries accounted for 75% of the flaring and nearly half came from Russia, Iran, Iraq, US, Venzuela, Algeria, Libya, Niberia and Mexico.
