Shareholders of NGL Energy Partners LP will be getting a distribution for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
The distribution of about 78 cents will go to holders of the company’s Class B and Class C preferred units
Each of the Class B Preferred Units will receive a quarterly distribution of $0.7820 and each of the Class C Preferred Units will receive a quarterly distribution of $0.7926 per unit on July 15, 2024, to holders of record on July 1, 2024.
Additionally, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash distribution for the Class D Preferred Units in the amount of $15,608,478.65 for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. The Class D Preferred distribution will also be made on July 15, 2024, to the holders of record on July 1, 2024.
