SandRidge Energy plans to release its first quarter 2024 financial results after the close of markets on Tuesday, May 7.
The company leaders will follow up the release with a conference call to be held Wednesday, May 8 at 10 a.m. central time.
The Oklahoma City company is coming off a fourth quarter where it reported net cash of $26.2 million from operating activities and adjusted operating cash flow of $22.2 million and adjuted EBITDA of $19.5 million. Adjusted net income totaled $13 million or 35 cents a share.
SandRidge completed its 2023 fiscal year with net income of $60.9 million or $1.65 per share. It also generated adjusted EBITDA of $93.2 million during the year.
