No surprises came out of the recent annual meeting of stockholders in Gulfport Energy Corporation in Oklahoma City.
Results of the elections were announced this week indicating that shareholders elected the slate of directors.
Timothy J. Cutt, David Wolf, Jason Martinez, Jeannie Powers, David Reganato, John Reinhart and Mary Shafer-Malicki were elected to serve as the Company’s directors until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified.
Shareholders also approved the executive compensation proposal as well as the appointment of Grant thornton LLP as the company’s independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024.
The results were revealed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
