Empty Seagate plant gets new owner in Oklahoma City

The empty former Seagate Technology manufacturing plant in Oklahoma City was recently acquired for $2.34 million by a division of a Florida-based company.

The plant is 280,000 square feet in size. Seagate began laying off workers in 2001 before eventually closing the plant on West Reno.

The Oklahoman reported the plant was acquired by Oklahoma Property One LLC, an arm of Flacks Group in Florida.
