OEPA to hold annual convention in OKC in March

 

Members of the Oklahoma Energy Producers Alliance will gather in March for their annual meeting in Oklahoma City.

The meeting will be heldl March 21-22 and one of the featured speakers will be Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond.

The meeting will begin with a Thursday night reception on March 21 at the Bricktown Brewery while the business sessions and presentations will be the following day, March 22, at the Embassy Suites downtown Medical Center.

The agenda includes a 9 a.m. welcome by OEPA President David Little on the Friday morning. A panel discussion and presentation at 9:15 a.m. will focus on Energy Rogue and include BillShanahan and Brian Pieri.

At 10:15 a.m., the members will focus on “Preparing for Methane Tax” and feature Eric Ward of Rose rock Environmental Services. The company is an environmental consulting company.

A legislative session will be held at 11:30 a.m. The Attorney General’s address will be at 1:30 p.m followed by a 2:30 p.m. general session.

The topic of the general session will include a discussion on “So you have been told you are responsible for division of interest payments as an Opereator or as a nonop w/owner.”
