Buffett’s Berkshire paid $2.6 billion for Flying J truck stops

Just how much did Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway pay to acquire the final 20% of the Pilot Travel Centers that exist across Oklahoma and other states?

Reuters reports it was $2.6 billion, but was actually higher. The company had to first resolve a lawsuit over the price so the real total was about $13.6 billion for the 725 locations across the U.S. and Canada.
