A restructuring of its Bartlesville operation means Phillips 66 will lay off nearly 100 workers.
The layoffs, according to the company, will occur in the restructuring of its Finance and Procurement division. Phillips 66 issued a statement explaining that the move is part of its buisness transformation efforts and it is shifting roles for nearly 430 employees and contractors.
One report indicated some of the employees and contractors who won’t lose their jobs will get new roles in the new company structure.
