Halliburton came up on the losing-end of a jury decision in Waco, Texas in a patent battle.
A federal jury decided a unit of rival oilfield services company ProFrac did not infringe on Halliburton’s electric-fracking patents. Instead, the jury ruled that ProFerac’s U.S. Well Services “Clean Fleet” technology did not work the same way as Halliburton’s “e-frac” technology according to Reuters.
