The Suncor oil refinery in Colorado is now officially the target of state regulators who want to hold the operation accountable for violations of state pollution rules.
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environmental took the first step in an enforcement process, alleging more than 100 violations from July 2021 to June 2022 reported KUSA News 9 TV.
