Politics might be at play as Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach moves ahead with a market manipulation lawsuit against a natural gas provider from the 2021 Winter Storm Uri.
At least that is suggested as he tries to hire a law firm to handle the lawsuit according to the Hutchinson News.
