A researcher with the Manhattan Institute, Mark P. Mills, contends electric vehicles aren’t what the Biden administration and others claim about them being emission free…instead, he says they will only increase global vehicle-related emissions.
What? It’s what he recently wrote, contending the federal government is pouring untold millions, maybe billions into an vehicles that are not zero-emission vehicles.
They’re elsewhere emission vehicles,” Mills told one publication. “It’s not just the power plant that charges them. It’s the power plants that make the materials.”
