For nearly 3 years, there has been a push for electrical deregulation, namely from the Alliance for Electrical Restructuring in Oklahoma, or AERO.
Opposition to AERO arose again over the weekend from former Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Jeff Cloud, who expressed his opinion in the Sunday Oklahoma’s Viewpoints section.
