SandRidge Energy files report on 1,300 barrel a day well in northern Oklahoma

A new Major County well with production of more than 1,300 barrels of oil a day has been reported by SandRidge Energy. The well was completed in November of 2022 but the report wasn’t filed until this week.

Located at 36 20N 15W, a site about 10 miles northeast of the city of Seiling, the Liam 2015 2-36h had production of 1,344 barrels of oil a day and 792 Mcf of natural gas from a drilled depth of 14,168 feet in the Mississippian formation. The true vertical depth was 9,195 feet according to the completion report. The well had a spud date of August 2022.
