After reporting a 34% increase in adjusted net income for 2022, Williams prepares to release its first quarter 2023 financial results.
They will be made known after the market closes on Wednesday, May 3, according to a company announcement.
The company will hold a conference call with analysts and investors the next day, Thursday, May 4 at 8:30 a.m. Central Time.
Williams finished 2022 with adjusted net income of $2.228 billion or $1.82 per diluted share, up 34% over 2021 results. Its adjusted EBITDA for the year was $6.418 billion, up $783 million or 14% compared to 2021.
The fourth quarter was equally strong with adjusted net income of $653 million or 53 cents a share, an increase of 37% and 36% compared to the fourth quarter 2021.
