Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners will meet Tuesday to take up various energy matters before the agency.
They will begin the 1:30 p.m. meeting with consideration of the 24-hour signing agenda docket.
Other items will include permanent rulemaking of the Gas & Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety regulations and the Motor Carriers, Private Carriers and Transportation Network Companies rules.
One agenda item will concern a request of AAAA Wrecker Service for an order establishing a rate increase for Nonconsensual Wrecker and Tow Services.
The commission’s legislative liaison, Travis Weedn will provide a briefing on the current legislative session and how some bills could affect the Corporation Commission.
A summary of agency financial activity will be provided by Chief Financial Officer Holly George and an update is expected to be given on the Jim Thorpe building renovation.
