Keystone oil flow to Cushing Hub to remain unchanged

Oklahoma Swing, Part 3 - The Pipelines That Flow Into the Crude Hub at Cushing | RBN Energy

Despite an order from the U.S. pipeline regulator, TC Energy’s Keystone pipeline and its oil flows won’t change. The 622,000 barrels of oil a day flow into the Cushing hub in northern Oklahoma will apparently remain the same since the line’s restart in late December 2022.

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration issued the order last week following the 13,000-barrel oil spill into a northern Kansas creek in December. But TC Energy Chief Executive Francois Poirier says the company has already been operating within the requirements of the PHMSA reported Reuters.
