Growing dangers of lithium battery fires as EV use spreads

As the nation is adopting more and more electric vehicles from cars and trucks to scooters and bikes, it is also experiencing a growth in dangerous and deadly lithium battery fires.

Firefighters have been seriously hurt in dealing with the fires and now a University of Texas fire scientists and professor of mechanical engineering is studying the booming problem according to NBC News.
