Western Hydrogen Hub seeks more than $1 billion in funds from Uncle Sam

The states of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico applied for up to $1.25 billion in federal funding to crease at least eight hydrogen projects.

The consortium, known as the Western Interstate Hydrogen Hub seeks the funding from the Department of Energy’s Infrastructure Investment and Jobs act signed into law last year by President Biden according to the Carlsbad Current-Argus.
