A lawsuit is underway in southeast Oklahoma where a Louisiana-based company stands accused of disposing of toxic fracking liquids into the earth, contaminating a man’s crops and creating a health risk to his children.
OMNI Environmental Solutions and one of it brands—A&A Tank truck Co. based in Norman were sued in Latimer County District Court by Daniel and Danielle Flener reported the Oklahoman.
