Arkansas wants to become a transportation or aviation hub just like Kansas. Maybe even develop a spaceport like the one in western Oklahoma.
It’s the goal laid out in a new report by group of business executives and leaders known as the Arkansas Council on Future Mobility reported the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
