By a vote of 5-2, the Oklahoma City City Council voted Tuesday in support of the $1 million economic incentive for Canoo, the EV maker planning to locate a manufacturing plant in the west side of the city.
Canoo won’t receive any of the funds until it fulfills a promise of creating 500 jobs at the plant reported KOKH Fox 25 News.
