Tesla is about to be sued by construction workers at the company’s Austin, Texas gigafactory who maintain there have been serious labor and employment violations, including wage theft, constant hazards and onsite accidents.
The workers indicated they would file a complaint with the federal Department of Labor according to a report by the Guardian.
