Buttigieg’s visit with New Mexico tribal leaders wasn’t so friendly

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg got an earful from Native Americans when he visited New Mexico this past week.

Tribal leaders demanded federal funds to fix their roads and to repair the broken agreement with the federal government.

““The so-called federal responsibility is not met for these tribes,” one leader told Buttigieg according to the Las Cruces Sun-News.
