Executives at two Oklahoma energy companies, Laredo Petroleum and Devon Energy filed government reports this week reflecting large sales of shares in their firms.
Laredo Petroleum President and CEO Jason Pigott recently sold off more than $250,000 of his shares in the company.
Pigott filed a report this week with the Securities and Exchange Commission reflecting his sale on October 3 of 3,750 shares, each valued at $66.85.
The total sale was for $250,687.50.
Devon Energy’s Dennis Cameron, Executive Vice President and General Council filed a similar report with the SEC showing his sale of 4,158 shares, each valued at $63.21. The total sale was $262,827.18.
