Pipelines reach settlement over 2015 oil spill

Two major pipeline companies blamed for a 2015 crude oil pipeline break off the coast of California agreed this week to a $230 million lawsuit settlement that was also approved by a judge.

The spill involved more than 140,000 gallons of crude oil into the ocean. A lawsuit blamed All American Pipeline, L.P. and Plains Pipeline, L.P. reported the Associated Press.
