Farmington, New Mexico finds itself in a spat with Public Service Company of New Mexico over efforts to keep the coal-fired San Juan Generating Station open and operating.
PSO intends to shut down the plant but city leaders in Farmington want to save the local jobs and acquire the plant reported the Farmington Daily Times.
