In eastern Wyoming, cleanup work is still underway from a late-July diesel pipeline break that resulted in more than 45,000 gallons of fuel spilled onto the land.
The Associated Press reports the line is owned by a company that is being sued by federal prosecutors over previous spills in two other states.
