The federal government will spend a lot of taxpayer money in the coming decade on climate change technology and clean energy.

How much? How about $500 billion? Thanks to three recently enacted laws, the U.S. government will devote money to the fight against climate change according to an analysis by nonprofit RMI reported Reuters.
