Saudi Arabia’s talk of OPEC+ cuts if the US goes ahead with an Iranian nuclear deal that could clear the way for more Iranian crude to hit the world markets led to a 4% gain in crude prices Tuesday.
West Texas Intermediate crude for October delivery went up $3.38 to $93.74 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Global benchmark Brent crude for October delivery rose $3.74 and settled at $100.22 a barrel.
