The annual meeting of stockholders of Empire Petroleum Corporation will be held in a month.
The company plans the meeting on August 26 at 9 a.m. at 2200 S. Utica Place, Suite 150 in Tulsa.
The agenda calls for the election of three directors, a vote to approve the compensation of the company executive officers, an advisory vote regarding the frequency for which stockholders will have an advisory vote to approve compensation paid to executive officers, and approval of the Empire Petroleum Corporation 2022 stock and incentive compensation plan.
